HGM super-fine powder grinding mill is designed and manufactured by our own scientific researcher. It is designed on the basis of our more than 40-year experience in research and development of milling equipment, the users' actual using situation and the demands of powder milling industry.
HGM super-fine powder grinding mill machine is suitable for processing all kinds of non-flammable and non-explosive mineral materials which have the Moh's hardness below the 9.3 level and the humidity below 7%. The fineness of finished product can be adjusted freely between 0.18 mm (80 mesh) ~ 0.015mm (800 mesh).
1. Fine classifying
HGM super-fine powder grinding mill can have the flexible speed regulation due to its variable frequency. So the finished powder can be finely classified.
2. Good sealing performance
With the overlapping and multi-poles sealing grinding devices, HGM micro powder mill has a good sealing characteristic.
3. Automatic ash-removal
This micro powder mill is designed with the pulse dust-cleaning device, which can realize the automatic ash-removal effect.
4. High yield and efficiency
The spring supercharging device of HGM super-fine powder grinding mill is propitious to increases its grinding force. Therefore it has higher yield and efficiency.
